When you connect your social media accounts, we access:

- Media posts (images, videos, captions, hashtags)
- Post insights and analytics (engagement, reach, impressions)
- Audience demographics
TikTok:
- Profile information (username, display name, bio, avatar)
- Account statistics (followers, likes, video count)
- Video content and metadata
- Video analytics and performance metrics
1.3 Email Data
When you connect your Gmail account, we access:
- Email messages related to brand partnerships, events, and gifting opportunities
- Email metadata (subject, sender, date, attachments)
- Email thread history for project management
We use AI-powered classification to categorize emails as project inquiries, event invitations, or gifting opportunities. We do not access emails unrelated to creator business activities.
1.4 Google Calendar Data
When you connect Google Calendar, we access:
- Calendar events (title, description, date/time, participants)
- Event creation and modification capabilities
1.5 Google Drive Data
When you connect Google Drive, we access:
- File metadata and content for documents you choose to import
- Text extraction from contracts, briefs, and other documents

We do not process payments directly. Financial data is used for tracking and organizational purposes only.

AI processing is performed using Google Gemini and other third-party AI services. Your data may be transmitted to these services for processing but is not used to train AI models.

4.2 Managers and Collaborators
If you are a creator with a connected manager, your manager may access your project data, analytics, calendar events, and email classifications. You control this relationship through the platform.
4.3 Shared Content
When you share project blocks via share links, the shared content becomes accessible to anyone with the link.
4.4 Third-Party Forms
When using the gifting autofill feature, your personal information (name, address, sizes, preferences) is submitted to third-party brand forms on your behalf.
5. Data Security
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information:
- Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
- Secure authentication via Supabase
- Row-level security policies in our database
- OAuth 2.0 for third-party integrations

8. How to Delete Your Data
You can request deletion of your data at any time. Here's how:
8.1 Disconnect Third-Party Integrations
Before deleting your account, you may want to disconnect your connected services:
- Instagram: Go to your Instagram Settings > Apps and Websites > Remove Kreo
- TikTok: Go to TikTok Settings > Security > Manage app permissions > Remove Kreo
- Google (Gmail, Calendar, Drive): Go to Google Account Permissions > Remove Kreo
8.2 Request Account Deletion
To delete your Kreo account and all associated data, please email us at inquiries@kreo-inc.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:
- Your registered email address
- Confirmation that you want to delete your account
We will process your request within 30 days and send confirmation once your data has been deleted.
8.3 What Gets Deleted
When you request account deletion, we will permanently delete:
- Your account and profile information
- All projects, content, and uploaded files
- Payment and invoice records
- Email classifications and calendar data
- Gifting information and preferences
- Social media analytics data stored in our system
- Any manager-creator relationships
Note: Data that has been shared with third parties (such as gifting form submissions) cannot be recalled. You will need to contact those third parties directly to request deletion of that data.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
Our platform integrates with third-party services (Instagram, TikTok, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive). Your use of these services is subject to their respective privacy policies. We encourage you to review those policies.
10. Children's Privacy
Kreo is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
11. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.
