Connect Klaviyo to send gifting campaign emails
KREO integrates with Klaviyo to send personalized outreach and follow-up emails to creators on behalf of your brand. Follow these steps to create your brand account and connect Klaviyo.
Go to gifting.kreo-inc.com and select Brand when prompted for your account type. You can sign up with Google, Apple, or email and password.
During signup, enter your brand name. This creates your brand organization in KREO, which is where your team, campaigns, and integrations all live.
After creating your account, you'll be guided through a setup flow. You can connect Instagram, Facebook, and Klaviyo during this process, or skip ahead and connect them later from your dashboard settings.
When you reach the Klaviyo step in onboarding (or from Settings in your dashboard), click Connect Klaviyo. You'll be redirected to Klaviyo to authorize KREO.

Click Allow to grant access. You'll be redirected back to KREO automatically.
If you're installing KREO from the Klaviyo App Store, you'll be asked to log in or create a brand account first, then taken to the Klaviyo connection step automatically.
For emails to send from your brand's address, you need a verified sending domain in Klaviyo. Go to your Klaviyo account under Settings → Email → Domains and verify your domain if you haven't already.
Once connected, KREO will use your Klaviyo account's default sender email. You can update this in your KREO dashboard settings.

For best deliverability, make sure you've verified your sending domain in Klaviyo under Settings → Email → Domains. This helps your emails avoid spam filters and builds trust with creators.
